NOTE FROM CRAIG FOSTER
“Its a great please to have this event named after me. I have been a long fan of futsal. It’s speed and technical aspect of the game is beneficial to our players both futsal and the outdoor game. It’s no secret the success of the South American countries at FIFA World Cup events is based on the players development through Futsal.
As patron of the Queensland Futsal League, I am both excited and proud to be part of this organisation, improving the development of players is a significant aspect of our strategy and with continuous expansion of this event each year, I, together with Andrew Parkes, Joe Di Meglio and Armando Cacace, look forward to Queensland’s continuous Futsal growth.”
